II. CHỨC NĂNG NHIỆM VỤ
1. Triển khai thực hiện giao ban theo quy định, quy chế công tác khoa phụ sản.2. Thực hiện các dịch vụ kỹ thuật, phẫu thuật, KHHGĐ, đỡ đẻ, chăm sóc sức khỏe bà mẹ, trẻ sơ sinh và khám bệnh, chữa bệnh phụ khoa theo phân cấp của Bộ Y tế.
2. Tiếp nhận và làm hồ sơ bệnh án sản, phụ khoa, thực hiện hội chẩn tiên lượng chẩn đoán, cấp cứu sản theo quy định.
3. Thực hiện chế độ giao ban khoa, mời hội chẩn theo quy chế hội chẩn trong trường hợp bệnh nặng, khó chẩn đoán hoặc liên quan đến các chuyên khoa khác.
4. Chỉ đạo tuyến dưới, đào tạo cán bộ chuyên khoa và giám sát, hỗ trợ về chuyên môn, kỹ thuật đối với y tế tuyến xã về dịch vụ chăm sóc sức khẻo sinh sản đúng chuẩn quốc gia; tham gia tuyên truyền bảo vệ sức khỏe bà mẹ và trẻ sơ sinh, dân số kế hoạch hóa gia đình.
5. Quản lý các chỉ số về chăm sóc sức khỏe sinh sản và đánh giá thực trang sức khỏe sinh sản trong huyện
6. Cung cấp dịch vụ kế hoạch hóa gia đình; phòng, chống nhiễm khuẩn đường sinh sản;
7. Triển khai thực hiện chương trình mục tiêu y tế quốc gia, các dự án về chăm sóc sức khỏe sinh sản; phòng, chống suy dinh dưỡng trẻ em trên địa bàn.
8. Làm báo cáo hàng ngày, hàng tháng, 3 tháng, 6 tháng, 9 tháng, 12 tháng và báo cáo đột xuất. Bảo quản hồ sơ khám bệnh, điều trị ngoại trú theo chuyên khoa.
9. Tham gia đào tạo, nghiên cứu khoa học và chỉ đạo tuyến dưới. Công tác đoàn thể, học tập, bồi dưỡng tham dự các hội nghị, nghị quyết.
10. Thực hiện những nhiệm vụ, quyền hạn khác do Giám đốc giao.
